Meet Francie, a gorgeous little treasure I was lucky enough to photograph with Gemma from Iris Creations Photography this week.

A friend and fellow photographer Fo Carson from Bec + Fo in Brisbane put out an sos call to us when she knew that a Melbourne trip wasnt possible to capture Francie’s newborness herself.

I love this part of my job… knowing that you’ve been able to capture a moment in time that will be loved forever…

Well the lil fella weighing over 9pounds finally arrived almost two weeks late, and after the longest labour ever, Nat your a champion!
Welcome to the world Mstr Callan… looking forward to many more cuddles & photoshoots to come!

Along with Gemma from Iris Creations, close friend & newborn photographer extraordinaire we photographed Callan on Saturday, just 9 days old…

Nat & her husband Kevin met in Paris on the Eiffel Tower, so it was only natural for us to photograph their first born beside a replica, wearing a beret Gemma had knitted especially

I met gorgeous Baby Miss E this morning… isn’t she cute!

Nothing better than a quick photography session on mums bed to make you smile, Mstr J is such a sweetie!

Pack the picnic rug, some yummy food & great conversation! We’ll bring the camera gear and capture those smiles like you remember…. How gorgeous is this family!

26weeks pregnant, this little belly has featured a couple of times already on this blog at 12 weeks and 18weeks with busy lives & holidays the 4 week update hasn’t worked out as planned but still fun to see her belly grow…

So many fun ideas for this shoot, and more to come for the next

I cant help but share some more of Miss A she was such a great model, now that Mum & Dad have seen her gallery I can reveal a few more to everyone

I’ve been a little slack updating the blog with my photo a day challenge.. so here goes!

10-1-10 Mail  -the furry babies got mail today, from their awesome vet Rhonda in the village… Looks like its jab season again! Family trip to the vet is in order with the 2 dogs and a cat… Mind you much easier than the 8 pups we had last time we scheduled a visit

11-1-10 Hot    - Yup that says 51 out and 32 in… and as I type (11:28pm) its 36 out and 34 in… The furry babies have all had a quick cold water rinse, much to their initial dismay… they seemed to understand eventually… maybe next summer we’ll have airconditioning…

Happy Australia Day! We have great weather here in Melbourne and are spending the day at home with the BBQ and some great friends.

But nothing beats a picnic! A couple of weeks ago we met some friends in the Melbourne Botanical Gardens down by the Lily pond. The location was gorgeous, so green and lush, such great inspiration for photos and a grand idea which we’re going to launch soon! So stay tuned…

Today Janet met little Miss A she was a whole 8 days old! She was such a sleepy & gorgeous model, I struggled to narrow down images for a preview!

This was the 2nd time Ive met the family, I was lucky to photography gorgeous Miss S previously (she is part of the Hyggelig Hallways showcase… dont forget to vote to win a prize!)
